1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, scheduling service, submitting your contact information, or receiving SMS messages from Audio Playground, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Services Offered

Audio Playground provides custom vehicle upgrades including:

• Car audio system installation

• Apple CarPlay & Android Auto upgrades

• Remote start & alarm installation

• Amplifier, subwoofer, and speaker packages

All services are subject to availability and vehicle compatibility. Quotes are non-binding until confirmed. Completion times and availability may vary.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or no-shows may forfeit their deposit and may be required to reschedule.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown on-site or in-store.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors. Full payment may be required before product installation or custom orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

Most electronics and custom-installed items are final sale. If a return is accepted:

• It must be requested within 14 days of purchase

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• A restocking fee may apply

Labor charges are non-refundable. Custom orders and installed parts cannot be returned.

6. Warranty

Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s terms. Audio Playground offers a 30-day installation workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated.

We are not liable for:

• Product defects covered under manufacturer warranty

• Damage caused by improper use or third-party tampering

7. SMS/Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number via our website or in-store forms and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Audio Playground, including:

• Promotional offers

• Service updates and reminders

• Appointment confirmations

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:
